Visited Ho Chi Minh last year. We would say it was fun and a nice place to go to. Everything is cheap, cheap and cheap. Street is always busy with bikes. People wake up early, busy but nice and friendly. But so take extra caution as there is always a few bad eggs among the good. Make sure you ask the price/bargain before you get anything. :)
